Johnna had a house for sale that we wanted to move in to. We had a house to sell but it was in bad condition and our credit was poor to say the least. We could not get a loan. Johnna told us she might be able to make things work for us. She bought our house and we moved into one of her houses on as a rent to own. What a beautiful spacious clean house we moved into. We don’t know if anyone would have worked with us like Johnna did. She’s the Best!

I don’t know what I would have done without Johnna. My husband died shortly after when we moved to Atlanta. I had just moved to this area with no one to really help me. Had she not spent time with me and helped me, I would be stuck in a house i could not have gotten in and out due to the steps. I was getting older and the steps were hard for me to maneuver. She not only bought my house but she found a new house for me without steps. I love my new house. I am so thankful that i met Johnna.
